Every Claim Brief check asks who benefits from a claim being believed. This page asks the same question about Claim Brief.
How Claim Brief makes money
Claim Brief sells paid live sessions, where I set up one AI workflow with you in your own account. The templates and checklists are free. So Claim Brief benefits when people want to learn to use AI tools, and as the channel grows. That's one reason every check shows its sources: you don't have to take my word for anything.
AI tools
Claim Brief uses Claude, made by Anthropic, in its research and production. Every figure and quote in a check is read from the original source. When AI tools help with research and production, they're never the source for a number or a quote.
A paid session needs a paid plan for the AI tool used in it, for example a paid Claude plan. You buy that plan from the tool's maker, not from Claim Brief, and Claim Brief earns nothing from it. The free pages name Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or a similar AI tool as tools that work for the same workflow.
When a claim involves a tool or a stake
When a claim Claim Brief checks involves Anthropic, Claude, another tool used on the channel, or a company Claim Brief has a financial stake in, the video says so, in one sentence, on camera.
Affiliates and sponsorships
Claim Brief doesn't currently use affiliate links or have sponsorships. If the affiliate or sponsorship status changes, it will be disclosed wherever it applies. Regardless of sponsorship or affiliate status, no company can pay to influence a verdict.
If you're interested in sponsoring the channel or a video, email hello@claimbrief.com. Sponsors have no say in any verdict. The verdict is set before a sponsor is matched to a video, and a sponsor reviews only its own sponsored segment, never the check. A video is never sponsored by the company whose claim it checks. Sponsored videos say so.
