Set up AI safely + your first workflow

This is the place to start if you've never set up an AI tool, or you tried and it didn't stick. We meet over video, you share your screen, and we work in your own account. You leave with it set up and working. It's one small workflow, but it's the same skill every bigger one is built on.

What you leave with

• Claude set up with a safety check for your situation: what never goes into the tool, what gets checked before anything leaves, and whose rules apply.
• Notes to Send, built around the message you send most often, like your weekly update to your manager, a meeting recap, the cover note you send with job applications, the follow-up after an interview, or a regular update to a group you organize or volunteer with. Your rough notes go in, a first draft in your voice comes out, and you check it and send it.
• The three-question check you run before anything goes out.
• Once you've used your workflow a few times, you'll have your one true sentence about AI for your resume and your next interview.

What you need

• A computer and an internet connection.
• A paid Claude plan. The Pro plan, $20 a month in the US, is enough for this. You buy it from Anthropic, not from me, and its own terms apply.
• Three examples of the message you send, with names and anything private taken out.

Price and length

$250 USD, paid once when you book. Nothing renews. About 45 minutes.

How to book

Email hello@claimbrief.com and tell me two things: which message you send most often (one of the examples above, or your own), and a few times that work for you. I'll reply with times and a payment link.

What I promise

You leave with it working. Before we finish, you'll run it on your own notes and check the draft yourself, so you know you can do it without me. If the session didn't deliver what this page describes, email me at hello@claimbrief.com within 7 days and I'll finish the work or refund you.

What I can't promise is an outcome: a job, an interview, a raise, or a specific time saving. What you'll have is a real skill you've used. Once you've used your workflow a few times, you'll have your one true sentence about it, worded for the jobs you're going after. If you time it, you'll have a second sentence: how much time it saves.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund, or reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed sessions aren't refunded. If I cancel, or a problem on my end cuts the session short, you choose a full refund or a new time. The full terms are in section 29 of the Terms of Use.

Safety and privacy

I never ask for your passwords. Don't share government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or your employer's confidential information during the session. If you have an employer, their rules on AI tools apply. I don't record sessions unless you ask me to.
